What is Easy peel (MAH-grafted EVA) and what is it for?

Because MAH-grafted EVA adheres to both polar and non-polar surfaces, a single sealant layer can seal to different substrates. This is decisive in lidding films that must seal to PET, PA, aluminium and polyolefin surfaces alike.

Thanks to its grafted anhydride groups the same material can also act as a tie layer, taking on a second role in lamination and co-extrusion structures.
